Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles. Please ensure you have selected your scent carefully before lighting your candle.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any issues, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Report an Issue: To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
Take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
Email us at hello@fragrancetofire.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your Order Number and the photo in the email.
Once we review your claim, we will notify you of the approval of your refund or replacement. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a replacement will be sent to you immediately.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
